Guideline to complete registering and submitting important files
We are delighted to inform the author that the author must follow this guideline to complete registering and submitting important files in a specific order:
- The registration system will open on December 20, 2024.
– For the early bird registration, the authors must register by January 5, 2024 (December 20, 2023 – January 5, 2024).
– For the regular registration, the authors must register between 6-19 January 2024. (http://www.ajcc-conf.net/registration-information-2/)
Note:
– Register at least one author per accepted paper is mandatory. **
– The registration will be considered valid only upon approval by the AJCC2024 administrator. **
– We accept payment through wire transfer or credit card only (credit card fees 2.75% may apply).
- The camera-ready (Final manuscript) and the revision note should be uploaded in PDF format before January 31, 2024. The author is required to upload both the camera-ready version and the revision note. Failure to submit either of them will render your registration invalid. Note:
– The authors are unable to upload those files unless the payment has been successfully completed. ***
- The authors/presenters/observers/participants should upload your headshot photo by January 31, 2024. We will use your photo to make the attendee badges. To do this, please go to menu ‘My…-> My profile -> Photo’
- Upload your presentation file (PPT or PDF format) before 20 February 2024.

- ระบบในการลงทะเบียนจะเปิดให้ท่านลงทะเบียนตั้งแต่วันที่ 20 ธันวาคม 2566
– สำหรับการลงทะเบียนแบบ Early bird ผู้แต่งจะสามารถลงทะเบียนได้ถึงวันที่ 5 มกราคม 2567 (20 ธันวาคม 2566 – 5 มกราคม 2567)

– ผู้แต่ง (Author) อย่างน้อย 1ท่านจะต้องลงทะเบียนต่อบทความที่ได้รับการตอบรับ (Accpeted paper) 1 บทความ
– การลงทะเบียนจะสำเร็จเมื่อได้รับการยืนยันจาก AJCC2024 Adminstrator
– AJCC2024 เปิดรับการลงทะเบียนทั้งแบบการโอนผ่านบัญชีธนาคาร และการชำระผ่านบัตรเครดิต (การชำระผ่านบัตรเครดิตจะเสียค่าใช้จ่าย 2.75%)
- บทความฉบับแก้ไข (Camera-ready) หรือ Final manuscript) และไฟล์รายการการแก้ไขตามข้อเสนอแนะ (revision note) จะต้องส่งเข้ามาในระบบในรูปแบบ PDF ก่อนวันที่ 31 มกราคม 2567 โดยผู้แต่งจะต้องส่งไฟล์ทั้ง 2 ไฟล์ (final manuscript, revision note) ผู้แต่งสามารถดาวน์โหลด revision note ได้จาก URL: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1nHm1h1gxx9UjHc2I2pjdqKC-cfn7ZAet/edit?usp=share_link&ouid=118040789397869121915&rtpof=true&sd=true

- ผู้แต่ง/ผู้นำเสนอ/ผู้เข้าร่วมงาน ต้องอัพโหลดรูปภาพของท่าน (Headshot photo) ภายในวันที่ 31 มกราคม 2567 โดยทีมงาน AJCC2024 จะนำรูปภาพและข้อมูลของท่านไปใช้ในการจัดทำเอกสารต่าง ๆ ภายในงาน ในการอัพโหลดรูปภาพสามารถทำได้โดยไปที่เมนู ‘My…-> My profile -> Photo’
